Own the company’s performance management and people analytics systems, driving scalable frameworks for OKR planning, tracking, and quarterly reviews. Partner with leadership to improve execution, accountability, and organizational effectiveness by analyzing people and operational data, building dashboards, and defining business requirements for HR systems and workflow automation. Ensure culture and values are embedded across hiring, evaluation, promotions, calibration, and career development.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and continuously improve the company performance management framework.
•Lead company-wide OKR planning, tracking, and quarterly review cycles.
•Design and implement scalable people processes that improve organizational effectiveness.
•Analyze people, performance, and operational data to identify trends, measure outcomes, and recommend improvements.
•Build dashboards and reporting, and define business requirements for HR systems, reporting tools, and workflow automation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
•Experience in People Operations, People Analytics, Organizational Effectiveness, HR Strategy, Business Operations, Management Consulting, or a related field.
•Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into action.
•Experience designing or improving performance management frameworks, OKRs, or organizational processes.
•Strong project management and communication skills with stakeholder management, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
