Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to video and audio interpreting sessions promptly and render meaning accurately between Mandarin and English speakers.
  • •Speak clearly with proper pronunciation and polite expressions while following established interpretation protocols.
  • •Attend online video and audio training sessions and complete required interpretation preparation tasks.
  • •Type data on a dedicated device during sessions and operate company-provided software and systems.
  • •Maintain punctuality and professionalism, remaining calm during emotional or emergency-related calls and following client instructions.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in Mandarin and English, including cultural competency to handle regional and accent differences.
