Job Summary

Ensure import/export compliance for return shipments and ad hoc international movements across EMEA. Review and validate commercial invoices, support return and non-standard shipments, and align shipping documentation with regulatory and company standards. Serve as a subject matter expert on trade compliance, including Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classification, country of origin, and customs valuation, while partnering with legal, logistics, tax, external partners, and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure return shipments and ad hoc international movements are exported and imported in line with applicable customs regulations.
•Review, prepare, and validate commercial invoices for completeness, accuracy, and customs compliance.
•Support execution of return shipments and non-standard (ad hoc) shipments across global locations.
•Ensure all shipping documentation aligns with regulatory and company standards.
•Provide guidance on HTS classification, country of origin, customs valuation, and act as a subject matter expert on trade compliance topics.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years’ experience in a trade compliance, customs, or international logistics role.
•Strong working knowledge of EU customs regulations, including classification (CN/HTS), customs valuation principles, and rule of origin.
•Knowledge of customs procedures, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
•Communicative English skills for reading, writing, and speaking.
•Familiarity with Polish customs requirements and procedures; ability to apply regulations in practical business scenarios.
