Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, completing complex and standardized transactions, and uncovering client needs.
  • •Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions, including ATMs, online, and mobile banking.
  • •Support the sales process through outbound calls, checking client offers, and identifying needs or opportunities via IRM and referral to specialists.
  • •Maintain compliance by adhering to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies and staying current on policy changes.
  • •Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, handling work based on branch demand.
