Build strong client relationships by engaging customers in-person, by appointment, and virtually to understand banking needs and recommend deposit and loan solutions. Process customer and account information, open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products, including digital and self-service tools, and deliver an accurate, high-quality client experience in collaboration with the branch team. NMLS registration is required under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z.
