Job Summary

Help run the new adidas Halo store at Melbourne Central by driving net sales, profitability, and a leading consumer experience. You’ll lead and manage the Halo team, monitor store performance using store and market data, ensure brand and operational standards are consistently implemented, and support hiring, onboarding, training, and development. You’ll coach store management toward strong selling and service culture while partnering with teams across merchandising, ecommerce, finance, HR, and loss prevention.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, manage, and direct the Halo team to deliver sales, profit, and brand standards.
•Drive profitability by monitoring store performance, resource allocation, and operational expenses while using store and market data for decisions.
•Ensure adidas policies and procedures are consistently implemented and deliver required reporting to the District Manager and Retail Back Office.
•Lead store HR planning including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development, and support succession planning while adhering to HR policies.
•Create and sustain a consumer-focused service and selling culture by coaching store management, setting expectations and targets, and managing performance through feedback.

Key Requirements

•English spoken and written.
•Flagship/A grade store experience.
•Excellent skills operating personal computers, POS systems, and MS Office.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including leading discussions in diverse groups.
•Strong time management and problem-solving skills with good judgment for independent decisions.
