Key Responsibilities

•Develop, test, and deploy full-stack enterprise Java applications supporting contact center operations using Spring Boot microservices and front-end technologies.
•Design and implement microservices with best practices (API gateway patterns, service discovery, circuit breakers) and inter-service communication via REST and messaging.
•Provide Level 3 production support by performing root cause analysis, diagnosing complex integration issues, and implementing fixes to restore service.
•Integrate and customize contact-center components including Cisco Finesse desktop integrations/workflows, Coral Interactive softphone solutions, and IVR/call flow development for Cisco UCCE/CVP and Genesys platforms.
•Deploy and monitor applications across on-premise and Google Cloud Platform using Docker/Kubernetes and Splunk, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on delivery, code reviews, and documentation.

Key Requirements

•2–4 years of full-stack development experience with Java as the primary language.
•Proficiency with Java Spring Boot for microservices and REST APIs, including microservices design patterns (API gateways, service discovery, circuit breakers, event-driven communication).
•Experience with front-end development using Vaadin, Thymeleaf, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
•Working knowledge of relational database integration using SQL and ORM frameworks (e.g., JPA/Hibernate) with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Informix.
•Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes deployment, plus working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
