Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead AMER community events across target markets, including customer learning breakfasts and partner ecosystem events.
  • •Build and nurture relationships with TA leaders and partner with Event Ops on venue selection, invites, and post-event recaps.
  • •Drive customer education as an Ashby expert by curating content and leading live sessions and product education.
  • •Expand AMER community and customer advocacy through consistent, thoughtful brand presence and ACE onboarding/enablement loops.
  • •Moderate panels, attend events, and partner with GTM teams on prospect and customer onsite visits.

Key Requirements

  • •Be an Ashby power user (or very familiar with Ashby) and understand the product and community, including dashboards, workflows, and templates.
  • •Have hands-on talent acquisition (TA) experience and be a go-to expert on TA process and tooling.
  • •Demonstrate strong communication skills for facilitating events, writing post-event summaries, and helping customers build dashboards.
  • •Enjoy curating and connecting people and ideas, with energy for hosting, matchmaking, and creating effective formats.
  • •Travel ~2x/month and bring an established network in the TA space (while growing it).
