•Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of performant, modular, and accessible frontend systems.

•Foster a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and collaboration within a globally distributed team.
•Mentor and develop engineers, helping them grow technically and professionally.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on frontend or full-stack development.
•3+ years of experience leading and mentoring engineers (4–8 people) in a distributed environment.
•Deep experience with TypeScript and React, including React Native for mobile.
•Solid understanding of performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive UI design.
•Proven track record of collaborating effectively with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams.
