Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner directly with the GM on strategy, revenue operations, and regional planning.
  • •Own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and capacity planning across the Middle East team.
  • •Support and coordinate on complex deal execution.
  • •Sit in on AE interviews and customer meetings, representing the GM when needed.
  • •Manage complex calendars, cross-timezone coordination, and projects while keeping teams aligned on processes and commitments.

Key Requirements

  • •Partner with the GM on strategy, revenue operations, and regional planning with strong commercial instincts.
  • •Experience in consulting, investment/private banking, RevOps, or a high-growth startup GTM environment.
  • •Comfort with customer-facing situations and operational execution using spreadsheets and Salesforce dashboards.
  • •Fluent English (written and spoken) with proficiency in Arabic strongly preferred.
