Drive end-to-end implementation of radiology and healthcare IT solutions, partnering with sales from presales support through system presentations, pilot installations, workflow/right concepts, and customer consulting. •Provide presales and sales support, including system presentations, application trainings, pilot installations, and development/documentation of workflow and access-right concepts.
•Implement healthcare-IT systems, including planning and running project trainings and user training in line with legal requirements.
•Analyze and optimize customer workflows and derive suitable system solutions.
•Configure and document system configurations, including change requests and communication of improvements/issues.
•Support customer operations by assisting the service desk, handling user inquiries, and supporting updates and ongoing operation.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional experience in radiology, ideally in radiology informatics, in a hospital or radiology practice.
•Strong experience with healthcare IT solutions (RIS/PACS) and delivering end-user trainings.
•Expert knowledge of radiology workflows and imaging modalities (e.g., MRI, CT, CR).
•Experience with radiology IT systems, preferably Philips Radiology Informatics solutions.
•Excellent communication/presentation skills and analytical ability to structure complex problems and develop customer-oriented solutions.
