Key Responsibilities

  • •D’accompagner et de conseiller nos clients;
  • •De contribuer à la mise en œuvre de solutions techniques en fonction des besoins de nos clients et du savoir-faire Devoteam;
  • •D’animer des ateliers pour faire converger une compréhension commune et détaillée de la solution à mettre en œuvre;
  • •D’effectuer du paramétrage, de l’intégration et du développement d’applications;
  • •De participer à des activités d’avant-vente en accompagnement de nos ingénieurs d’affaires;

Key Requirements

  • •Engineer or holder of Bac+5 in computer science; minimum 3 years of ServiceNow experience, ideally in Service Management projects in Agile environments
  • •Experience on ITSM, CSM, HRSD, FSM, Portal, Business Apps, SecOps, Now Assist; professional English is mandatory
