Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and Development teams to analyze and review business objectives and requirements for testability.
  • •Develop, document, and maintain test data, data validation, and end-to-end testing flows.
  • •Conduct manual and/or automated testing and report results; update test cases based on approved change requests.
  • •Analyze and triage defects, assign severity, and manage defects through the project.
  • •Create test status reports and test results/summary deliverables to support production readiness; facilitate Test Strategy reviews and collect testing sign-off.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree
  • •3+ years of related experience (or 2+ years of IT experience including IT Analytics, IT Troubleshooting, or IT Customer Service)
  • •Work with testing tools such as ALM and apply in-depth knowledge of testing methods, terminology, and industry best practices
  • •Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to explain system issues clearly to management and internal customers
  • •Experience in an Agile-Scrum environment
