Job Summary

Lead the industrial performance function within Hermes’ Île-de-France Industrial Pole, overseeing a team of 3 across Data and Methods; drive industrial strategy, budgeting, capacity planning, and investment decisions; deploy Lean initiatives, oversee KPI programs and transformation projects; ensure master data quality (articles, bills of materials, routings) and govern ERP migrations; define the Methods roadmap and optimize production flows and equipment development.

Key Responsibilities

•Pilotage industriel: contribute to the pole's strategy, budgets, capacity forecasts and investment decisions
•Amélioration continue: implement Lean approaches, monitor performance indicators and transformation initiatives
•Master Data: ensure reliability of technical data (articles, BOMs, routings) and lead governance and ERP migration projects
•Méthodes & moyens de production: define the Methods roadmap, supervise equipment development and optimize flows/methods
•Manage a 3-person team across Data and Methods, and drive cross-functional collaborations to improve overall performance

Key Requirements

•Master level engineer (Bac+5) with specialization in industrial engineering/continuous improvement
•8 to 10 years of experience in a demanding industrial environment
•Proven experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration
•Strong mastery of Lean tools, ERP/MES and management of technical data
•Leadership, hands-on mindset, service orientation and adaptability
