Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead architecture teams and serve as a specialist on Databricks data architectures across knowledge graphs, data taxonomies, data ontologies, data context shaping, and generative/agentic AI use cases.
  • •Architect data platforms, data pipelines, and machine learning models for forecasting, classification, recommendation, optimization, clustering, and anomaly detection.
  • •Apply Databricks architectures and data techniques to analyze structured and semi-structured datasets, guiding teams on data architecture and pipeline approaches.
  • •Manage the relationship with Databricks to increase partnering, architecture knowledge depth, and execution capability.
  • •Drive market and practice growth by working with leadership on opportunities, embedding best Databricks architecture practices, mentoring specialists, and establishing a community of practice.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong leadership experience managing Databricks architecture teams and growing Databricks data architecture practices.
  • •Experience leading and delivering complex Databricks architectures for Tier 1 clients, enabling clients’ most complex data challenges.
  • •Proven ability to steer teams, provide deep expertise, and lead client architecture work across knowledge graphs, data taxonomies, data ontologies, data context shaping, and AI-enabled products.
  • •Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate in mixed technical and business teams, including with client stakeholders up to CxOs.
  • •Consistent track record working at a senior level, including translating business problems into analytical tasks.
