Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve in a customer-facing role to develop and deploy integrated hardware-software products that meet customer and operational needs.
  • •Support delivery of contract deliverables including training manuals, pre-deployment site surveys, and technical documentation.
  • •Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and networking issues in real time and drive them to resolution.
  • •Provide end-to-end support including pre-configuring systems and ensuring seamless integration with program infrastructure.
  • •Author training documentation and configure/troubleshoot networking environments (including firewalls, routers, switches, access points, and cloud-based environments).

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience solving complex problems in unstructured environments across hardware, software, and networking.
  • •Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with troubleshooting experience.
  • •Experience with command line Linux troubleshooting and operation.
  • •Translate and decompose technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications.
  • •Experience in project management and product deployment roles, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
