Job Summary

Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes in the Machine Shop, performing drilling, tapping, milling, boring, and related operations with close tolerances. Evaluate tool wear, make offsets, and load/unload parts while checking product specs and handling nonconforming items. Maintain production documentation and follow ISO 9001/14001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements, while supporting 5S+1, LEAN, safety, and light maintenance at the Delhi, Iowa facility.

Key Responsibilities

•Set up, run, and alter CNC mills and lathes to perform machining operations.
•Evaluate tool wear, make offsets, and load/unload parts in the machine.
•Check product specs, handle nonconforming products, and complete production documentation.
•Comply with ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS18001 management systems.
•Support secondary operations, deliver completed parts, and perform light maintenance while following safety, 5S+1, and LEAN activities.

•Familiarity with Fanuc controls, including feeds/speeds plus G codes and M codes.
