Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise lines of business on application of compliance requirements, including new products, process development, controls/monitoring, remediation, and changes in law or regulation.
  • •Advise first line of defense across multiple consumer, business-to-business, and SaaS products, identifying cross-product risks.
  • •Proactively analyze information to identify risks and trends, support risk reporting to management, and advise on external and internal risks.
  • •Assist and drive local governance program delivery, including process management, reporting, senior leadership engagement, and drafting/reviewing materials for senior management and the Board.
  • •Evaluate Internal Audit, Regulatory Exam, and self-identified issues for compliance impacts; participate in compliance forums and improve governance risk management processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 161,500 - 184,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or military experience.
  • •At least 7 years of risk management experience within financial services.
  • •At least 3 years of auto finance experience.
  • •Preferred: Master’s degree or Juris Doctor.
  • •Preferred: CRCM or CIPP certification (and/or 8+ years auto finance risk/compliance/originations experience).
