Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases for BJAK’s AI Neobank app. Own end-to-end customer and internal workflows spanning onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC, and risk. Solve ambiguous product problems with clean UX and reliable backend logic, partner with product and design teams, and create internal tools and automation to scale operations while monitoring and improving post-release.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
•Create customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC, and risk.
•Turn ambiguous product problems into working systems with clean UX and reliable backend logic.
•Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI engineers to launch fast and improve after release.
•Build internal tools and automation, and own post-release monitoring, debugging, and iterative improvement.

Key Requirements

•Strong full stack engineering experience with real shipped products.
•Comfortable across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and production debugging.
•Good frontend execution using React, Next.js, Vue, or a similar modern stack.
•Strong backend fundamentals around APIs, data models, authentication, integrations, and reliability.
•Strong product sense with the ability to simplify messy workflows and work end-to-end despite ambiguity.
