Key Responsibilities

  • •Properly secure loads using strapping (no tarping)
  • •Deliver freight accurately and timely and handle customer product returns when required
  • •Manage Proof of Delivery paperwork and communicate customer issues professionally
  • •Maintain daily safety checklist and perform required DOT inspections
  • •Maintain electronic logbook and complete trip reports; direct unloading by customers when required
