Job Summary

Shape high-impact digital products by partnering with customers to define and refine product requirements and user stories. Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications, lead discovery sessions and workshops, and analyze existing systems to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Own documentation (process flows, data models, system diagrams), act as a liaison between business and technical teams, and support QA/UAT and Agile ceremonies while mentoring junior analysts.
