Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support for a specific customer, including escalations, fleet performance, installations, improvements, and upgrades.
  • •Act as intermediary and field escalation focal point between customer and division, supporting field engineers and product support personnel.
  • •Provide Alpha Site support for installation, operation, calibration, service, and/or testing of new in-house hardware, process, or software designs.
  • •Provide Beta Site support for installation, operation, calibration, service, and/or testing of new hardware, software, or processes on customer tools.
  • •Initiate and review ECOs, generate system performance reporting (MTBF/MTBI/availability), and create/review technical documentation (e.g., CENs/BKMs) for field implementation.
