Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the main contact for the distributor/customer within the supply chain and ensure complete execution of orders until requests and disputes are resolved.
  • •Process orders from validation through dispute resolution on a portfolio of customers, including customer contact via email and phone.
  • •Ensure daily processing, integration, and unblocking of orders, managing the full order cycle from receipt to delivery and handling order book mass processing.
  • •Respond to customer queries and resolve delivery/return/pricing-related disputes in coordination with relevant teams, including entering and seizing disputes in CFIN.
  • •Contribute to financial performance improvements, compliance with procedures, KPI understanding with the team leader, and training/sharing skills within the team.
