Key Responsibilities

  • •Navigate enterprise payment operations requests for premium customers using extensive research to ensure a strong customer experience.
  • •Collaborate closely with internal operations teams (including ACH Operations, Wire Operations, Enterprise Payment Settlement, and TMIO) and support cross-segment research.
  • •Support new system and process implementations, researching specialized problems and taking action to correct issues.
  • •Lead process improvement ideas and documentation; establish and maintain a knowledge base of policies and procedures.
  • •Build test scripts, manage testing and reporting for system enhancements, and support project work including requirements gathering and executing test plans.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Three or more years of mortgage banking experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of loan operations and compliance/regulatory guidelines (RESPA, OCC, CFPB).
  • •Experience with ACH Operations, Wire Operations, Enterprise Payment Settlement, or TMIO.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
