Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the client service lead by managing client interactions and workflow to ensure a smooth, efficient client experience.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with clients in coordination with relationship managers and facilitate servicing of a portfolio of relationships.
  • •Provide clients with account statements, balance inquiries, bank verification letters, chargeback copies, check images, reference numbers, and tax forms.
  • •Execute servicing tasks including overdraft decisions, basic online banking assistance, review of specialized reporting, and assistance with relationship grouping.
  • •Facilitate account onboarding and ongoing servicing such as account analysis maintenance, account opening, drawdowns/repetitive wires, fee reversals, fraud reporting/cases, interest adjustments, limit increases, money movement, rate variance requests, escrow subaccount creation/maintenance, and unposted check/ACH payment handling.

Salary: USD 40 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of experience in the financial industry.
  • •H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; Associate’s, Bachelor’s, and/or Master’s preferred.
  • •Knowledge of appropriate legislation pertaining to the financial industry.
  • •Knowledge of business practices, bank products and services, and bank policies and procedures.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
