Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and continuously evolve a global Operations digital and IT strategy aligned with enterprise objectives and ensure global standardization and scalability.
  • •Act as a strategic advisor to executive and Operations leadership, incorporating technology implications and investment tradeoffs into enterprise business planning.
  • •Provide executive oversight and governance for the global Operations technology portfolio, ensuring value realization, risk mitigation, and measurable business outcomes.
  • •Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives across global Manufacturing and Supply Chain operations, championing AI/ML, advanced analytics, automation, RPA, and digital employee experiences.
  • •Lead and develop a global organization of Digital Business Partners, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects, setting KPIs and reporting progress, value, and risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, human resources, computer science, or related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
  • •15+ years of progressive leadership experience in digital strategy, enterprise IT, or technology-enabled transformation, preferably in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environments.
  • •Deep understanding of digital technologies and platforms including SAP, Blue Yonder Planning, TMS, LIMS, and knowledge of manufacturing systems, AI/ML, RPA, and data analytics.
  • •Proven track record driving digital transformation initiatives and leading global, multi-year programs with measurable business outcomes.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and executive/board-adjacent experience managing complex technology portfolios and investment governance.
