•Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand Surety business in the U.S., mainly the West Region.

•Establish and maintain key relationships while building out a regional underwriting team.
•Conduct account and portfolio underwriting per company underwriting guidelines and portfolio management requirements, collaborating with colleagues globally and mentoring junior underwriters.

Salary: USD 240,000 - 275,000 annually
