Associate Counsel

Provide trusted legal support within American Express General Counsel’s Legal Services Team, advising an international portfolio with a focus on commercial contracts. Draft, review, analyze, and negotiate a range of agreements, support Data Protection/Cybersecurity negotiations, and manage legal risk across stakeholders in multiple regions. Work closely with business clients, leadership, colleagues across hubs, and outside counsel, while also supporting internal governance and legal knowledge management.
