Identify automation opportunities using AI-assisted workflows, status reporting, routing, and tooling to drive smarter, faster operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive programs within defined scope, translating ambiguous problems into clear plans and surfacing tradeoffs for alignment.
•Own end-to-end program execution from intake and scoping through execution, launch readiness, and retrospective.
•Identify opportunities for automation and partner with relevant teams to implement scalable AI-assisted and workflow solutions.
•Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, CX, QA, Analytics, Business Apps, and Enablement with shared goals and constraints.
•Establish operating rhythms (cadences, decision logs, escalation paths, dependency tracking, and change communication) and maintain program reporting frameworks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 103,700 - 158,400 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within service operations or a related area, ideally managing concurrent projects.
•CAPM or PMP certification (nice-to-have).
•Proficiency with project management software such as Jira, Coda, or Smartsheet.
•Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to align diverse stakeholders.
