Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and codify repeatable reference architecture patterns across Docker use cases, including self-hosted/air-gapped deployments, MCP/AI agent environments, IDP integrations, and secure supply chain workflows.
  • •Translate reference architectures into customer-facing technical collateral, SOW templates, and success patterns to reduce scoping time and improve delivery consistency.
  • •Lead technical discovery and architecture engagements for enterprise integrations spanning identity layers, observability, and secure software supply chains.
  • •Architect and deliver self-hosted Docker deployments for air-gapped, regulated, and complex enterprise environments, including offline toolchain configuration and compliance-driven infrastructure design.
  • •Drive cross-functional success and guide customers/partners by translating field insights into actionable services strategy, roadmap inputs, and partner capability enablement.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years as a Professional Services Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar role at a SaaS/infrastructure company or consulting firm.
  • •Architecting and deploying self-hosted and air-gapped architectures, including local image registries, offline toolchain configuration, network-isolated Kubernetes clusters, and compliance constraints.
  • •Enterprise integration experience with Identity Providers (Okta, Azure AD, LDAP/Active Directory) and federated identity protocols (OIDC, SAML/SSO), including RBAC in complex multi-tenant environments.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) for agentic AI toolchains, including MCP server/client architecture, tool/resource orchestration, and secure containerized deployment patterns.
  • •Deep security expertise across the container and software supply chain: Docker Hardened Images (DHI), Secure Supply Chain (SSC), SBOM generation, image signing/attestation, vulnerability management, and runtime governance.
