Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, customer stakeholders, and industry partners to gather insights and secure buy-in for radar products.
  • •Drive radar architecture and product development strategies by evaluating technical tradeoffs, requirements, and innovation opportunities.
  • •Collaborate to define product strategy, set a development roadmap, and communicate the rationale behind product plans.
  • •Organize and prioritize engineering efforts to bring the product to market with functional engineering teams and other product owners.
  • •Lead tactical execution of prototyping, development, and operational delivery for radar products.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 4+ years as a Chief Engineer, Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, Engineering Manager, or Engineer of land, maritime, or airborne radars or other RF sensors.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of radar system design and state-of-the-art radar technologies for defense missions.
  • •Strong technical aptitude to understand technical designs, software development lifecycle, and associated challenges and risks with engineering teams.
  • •Experience shaping strategic pursuits and developing technology roadmaps.
  • •Graduate degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Software engineering (or equivalent experience).
