Job Summary

Lead the growth engine for CreativeMode, owning strategy and execution to scale monthly views from tens of millions to hundreds of millions and daily signups to tens of thousands. Partner directly with the CEO, manage a multi-six-figure annual budget, and define the playbook for acquiring the next 10 million users while shaping creator/influencer programs in gaming.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and optimize CreativeMode’s growth engine to drive hundreds of millions of monthly views and tens of thousands of daily signups.
•Manage a 6-7 figure annual growth budget with a focus on CAC, payback, and channel attribution.
•Define and implement the growth playbook as the first growth hire, in collaboration with the CEO.
•Partner with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with product, creator programs, and marketing.
•Report on key growth metrics and iteratively scale successful strategies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Passion for gaming and deep understanding of gaming communities.
•Proven ability to scale growth at a consumer product, creator platform, or gaming company or demonstrated large audience in gaming content.
•Experience running creator/influencer programs at scale.
•Ability to operate as an owner and set the growth playbook, rather than inheriting one.
•Comfort managing a six- to seven-figure annual growth budget with clear CAC payback and channel attribution.
