Collect and document bankruptcy, deceased estates, and insurance-related accounts, and ensure timely handling of consumer loans and credit cards from notice through final court clearance. Initiate internal bankruptcy processes, submit claims to courts, and coordinate with successor in interest, clients, executors, or attorneys. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies, conduct account research, maintain accurate system updates, and manage escalations and vendor coordination throughout the process.
