Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair and maintain complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment and tools.
  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals; order parts; diagnose issues using machine data.
  • •Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment and be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred).
  • •Maintain complete and timely electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) on a daily basis.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts and help train lower-level technicians as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools and extensive construction equipment knowledge, including advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred.
  • •Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and pass a 10-panel drug screen/background check.
