  • •Maintain the cluster coordination system to keep performance high as nodes join/leave and data moves, while preserving safety and liveness.
  • •Push the limits on shard, node, and petabyte scale that Elasticsearch can handle today.
  • •Investigate performance and concurrency issues and propose effective solutions.
  • •Support the company’s support engineers with the harder problems.
