Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute accurate and timely delivery creation for land transport orders in Europe, including sales orders and stock transfer orders
  • •Handle loading scheduling at plants and terminals and coordinate transportation to ensure on-time delivery
  • •Serve as primary interface with customer fulfillment, supply chain, sales/business, procurement, haulers, and freight forwarders
  • •Maintain accuracy of SAP master data in coordination with customer fulfillment, supply chain services, and master data teams
  • •Investigate delivery/order process exceptions and customer complaints, resolving logistics problems and negotiating incremental logistics and demurrage costs

Key Requirements

  • •University/college degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • •1-3 years experience in a business or business related environment, preferably in chemical or petrochemical industry
  • •Experience with diverse IT systems, including SAP and MS Office
