Key Responsibilities

  • •Champion continuous improvement culture and strategy by leading, coaching, and mentoring employees in Lean, Six Sigma, EBS, and Operational Excellence principles.
  • •Lead improvement initiatives and governance activities (CI Council, RIE reviews, EBS Pull, OpA assessments) and ensure compliance with Eaton’s MESH requirements.
  • •Run value stream mapping and facilitate rapid improvement events (RIEs), Kaizen activities, and cross-functional improvement projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and cost.
  • •Develop and sustain continuous improvement tools and methods including 5S+, TPM, standardized work, error proofing, lean material flow, setup reduction, and problem solving.
  • •Use industrial IoT and manufacturing data to drive data-driven improvements, including building dashboards/KPI reporting with SQL and Power BI and supporting integration with manufacturing and business systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum 2 years hands-on applying Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma (e.g., value stream mapping, standardized work, problem solving, Kaizen, visual management, 5S, material flow improvements).
  • •Demonstrated success leading continuous improvement initiatives delivering measurable results across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, inventory, or cost.
  • •Experience developing reports/dashboards using SQL and Power BI (or similar analytics tools) and using manufacturing metrics/KPIs to identify and validate improvements.
