Participate in a customized onboarding and rotation program across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, Preferred, and Sales & Operations Management to prepare for a Financial Center Manager role. Complete an FCMA roadmap including consultative selling certification, build deep Consumer and Small Business relationships, guide teams, and support an integrated book of business strategy through Financial Needs Assessments and proactive banker support.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete the FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one through program completion, including consultative selling skills certification.
•Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships by delivering memorable customer experiences.
•Maintain knowledge of bank products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team.
•Use a consultative sales process to proactively identify financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Learn to source, develop, coach, and lead a team and cultivate a One Bank culture with business partners; assist with supervisory responsibilities like feedback and employee development.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or 2+ years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
•Ability to professionally represent the bank in verbal and written communication.
•Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
•Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
•Requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through NMLS at the time of employment.
