Job Summary

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for agentic AI initiatives, from ideation through deployment and value realization. Partner with stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, service, and corporate functions to identify opportunities for AI-driven workflow transformation. Translate business needs into roadmaps, user stories, and implementation plans; lead cross-functional delivery and backlog/prioritization. Define success metrics, KPIs, adoption goals, and ROI, and work with architecture/engineering to ensure scalable, secure, governed solutions.

Salary: USD 148,000 - 203,500 annually

•Translate business requirements into product roadmaps, user stories, and implementation plans using workshops and process documentation.
•Strong understanding of agentic AI architectures (AI agents, LLMs, RAG, agent orchestration, governance, observability).
•Strong understanding of enterprise integrations via APIs (REST), enterprise systems (ERP/CRM/MES/PLM/service/manufacturing), and security concepts.
•Lead cross-functional/global teams and communicate effectively through executive presentations and product demos.
