Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and competitive success amid shifting consumer and regulatory demands.
  • •Manage and sequence delivery of business intent by building requirements and executing against product strategy across multiple projects.
  • •Lead product and pricing strategy work, including product-level modeling/analytics for lending products.
  • •Drive credit risk step-change improvements by connecting drivers of future trends to historical behavior and testing hypotheses with monitoring and analysis.
  • •Partner across teams (IT, Sales, Operations, Finance) to improve quality, volume, service, and profitability, and mentor 1–2 analysts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 164,800 - 188,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or a Master’s degree in a quantitative field, or an MBA with a quantitative concentration (degree expected by start date).
  • •Demonstrated decision-making and problem solving based on analytics.
  • •Experience leading and/or managing people (role may manage and develop 1–2 analysts).
  • •Ability to build business requirements and execute against product strategy while overseeing multiple projects concurrently.
