Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, development, deployment, and iterations of complex features with cross-functional teams.
  • •Collaborate with product management, UX designers, and leadership to evolve product architecture.
  • •Improve and evolve the product architecture and maintainability.
  • •Understand customer pain points and implement maintainable solutions with cross-functional teams.
  • •Mentor other software engineers and promote best practices in code quality and security.

Key Requirements

  • •BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Experience in shipping enterprise-grade software products.
  • •Experience leading complex projects from start to finish across multiple release cycles.
  • •Ability to write readable, testable, and maintainable code in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js (Express).
  • •Experience with LLM applications and RAG tooling (Gemini, GPT, VectorDB, etc.).
