Job Summary

Own end-to-end recruitment and talent pipeline building to meet current and future staffing needs. Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to identify talent, anticipate issues, and recommend solutions based on market trends. Manage candidates through sourcing, interviewing, debriefs, offers, and pre-employment steps, while ensuring accurate ATS/data integrity, compliance, and effective vendor/agency support. Lead TA improvement initiatives focused on diversity, candidate experience, and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities

•Build talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
•Lead end-to-end recruitment, including job description development, sourcing strategies, networking, interview strategy, feedback/debriefs, offer negotiation, and pre-employment/preboarding checks.
•Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to attract talent, proactively resolve issues, and manage expectations.
•Manage candidate sourcing and talent pipelining using tools/resources such as social media and conference career fairs, representing the employment brand.
•Maintain ATS/data integrity and manage third-party recruiting agencies and TA improvement projects (Diversity & Inclusion, candidate experience, and process excellence).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•Solid experience in an autonomous senior recruitment role.
•End-to-end recruitment experience, ideally both agency and in-house.
•Experience recruiting professional and managerial level positions.
•Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social networks/tools for sourcing and talent pooling.
