Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise maintenance and custodial personnel and identify current and future maintenance requirements to ensure efficient operations.
  • •Inspect facilities, buildings, and equipment to determine service needs and assign appropriate staffing and resources.
  • •Direct installation, modifications, and maintenance activities for utility systems (heat, power, gas, air).
  • •Compile labor and material cost records, prepare reports for general management, and support annual maintenance budget planning.
  • •Lead and develop the maintenance team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, counseling/disciplining as needed, and ensuring safety and KPI-driven performance improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 6 years’ experience in a related field (or an equivalent combination such as a master’s degree and 4 years, Ph.D. and 1 year, or 10 years’ experience).

  • •Strong knowledge of facility and building maintenance codes and permitting requirements.
  • •Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams across the organization.
  • •A degree in a related discipline is strongly desired.
