Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with portfolio directors, program managers, chief engineers, finance, and supply chain to manage successful contract execution.
  • •Identify, mitigate, and drive resolution of contractual issues as they arise.
  • •Ensure negotiated terms and conditions comply with company policies.
  • •Provide guidance on contractual and business issues, rights and obligations, and mitigation of contractual and programmatic risks.
  • •Establish relationships with customers and internal partners and interface with customers on correspondence, contractual changes, and issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years of experience.

  • •Experience with contracts, terms and conditions, RFPs, RFQs, FAR, DFARS, or similar contracts experience.
