Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a broad, complex portfolio of global programs and projects with large, globally dispersed teams.
  • •Define program value propositions, work plans, resource needs, timelines, and budgets for global programs.

  • •Conduct PM metrics and practices reviews, and facilitate peer project and management project reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •8-10 years of relevant experience in Banking/Healthcare/Insurance.
  • •3-5 years of experience in project program management.
  • •Certification in Prince 2 or PMP.
  • •Hands-on experience with MS Project and Copilot, plus strong written skills to document RAID items and improvement plans.
  • •International project experience (multi-geo) with expert ability in project controls and performance reporting.
