Key Responsibilities

  • •Convert purchasing requests into accurate, timely purchase orders as part of the P2P execution process.
  • •Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval hierarchies, and budget validations.
  • •Manage PO lifecycle activities including changes, closures, and confirmations.
  • •Support sourcing and procurement for indirect categories such as IT, marketing, professional services, facilities, and HR services.
  • •Maintain procurement data integrity and produce reports/dashboards to monitor procurement KPIs and compliance metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in procurement operations, preferably in indirect spend.
