Key Responsibilities

•Own 10–15 VIP accounts, maintaining 99%+ logo retention and 102%+ NRR through early intervention and identifying expansion opportunities.
•Translate client goals into structured success plans and execute a 30-60-90 day onboarding framework with kickoff calls within 24–48 hours.
•Deliver executive-level QBRs with data-driven narratives and serve as a mediator/coach for client-VA relationships.
•Monitor account health leading indicators (usage trends, engagement patterns, login frequency) and manage renewals 60–90 days before expiration.
•Build and maintain account health trackers/dashboards, prepare monthly portfolio reports, and document playbooks based on client feedback.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PHP 60,000 - 80,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of customer success, account management, or client-facing experience in a B2B environment with direct client ownership.
•Track record of revenue retention and expansion accountability, including specific interventions and outcomes with numbers.
•Proactive account management experience, including spotting early churn signals and executing save plans independently.
•Experience managing the full post-sale journey: onboarding, health monitoring, QBRs, and renewal negotiation.
•Strong English proficiency for daily executive conversations and QBR presentations with US C-level clients.
