Job Summary

Build and operate reliable data pipelines and platform capabilities that move customer-facing data, power analytics data products, and support machine learning foundations. Own moderate-scope projects with guidance, improving ingestion, activation, analytics, and ML workflows through better reliability, observability, and data quality. Work with data science, ML, and cross-functional engineering teams to evolve Snowflake-based pipelines, evolve schemas, and deliver scalable, end-to-end systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and operate components of a next-generation data ingestion and activation platform, including connectors, staging/transformation workflows, and incremental sync logic.
•Improve pipeline reliability and observability using metrics, dashboards, alerting, retries, and durable workflow execution.
•Develop and maintain Snowflake-based data pipelines and data-sharing workflows to improve freshness, correctness, and scalability.
•Support schema evolution, data quality checks, and operational processes to reduce discrepancies and improve maintainability.
•Partner with data science and ML engineers to build and harden data infrastructure for feature generation, feature serving, model inputs, and experimentation workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 55,000 - 68,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or adjacent platform/infrastructure roles.
•Experience building and operating production data pipelines or ETL/ELT systems at scale.
•Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, plus familiarity with Scala or Java.
•Hands-on experience with modern data tooling and cloud platforms such as Snowflake, S3, Databricks, Postgres, Redis, or similar systems.
•Familiarity with orchestration/workflow concepts and designing batch and/or streaming data systems.
