Client Relationship Consultant 4 (Banker) - Concord, CA

Build strong relationships with retail banking customers through proactive outreach, follow-up, and in-person, by-appointment, and virtual interactions. Assess customer banking needs, gather and process account information, and educate clients on deposit and loan products, including digital/self-service options. Provide an excellent client experience by handling basic transactions, opening accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications while partnering with branch teams.
