Job Summary

Manage development of apartment-led residential projects across the full lifecycle, from early feasibility through design, procurement, delivery coordination, and handover. Partner with development leadership and cross-functional teams to define residential product strategy (unit mix, typologies, amenities, customer proposition), monitor budget/programme, and drive governance, approvals, and stage-gate progress. Prepare reports and decision papers for senior leadership while coordinating internal and external consultants and partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Support development management of residential apartment projects from early-stage feasibility through design, procurement, delivery coordination, and handover.
•Coordinate inputs across Design, Delivery, Commercial, Cost Planning, Sales, Finance, Strategy, and external consultants.
•Support product definition including unit mix, apartment typologies, amenities, customer proposition, and development strategy.
•Monitor project progress against budget, programme, approvals, risks, and key development milestones; track actions and dependencies across the lifecycle.
•Prepare development reports, presentations, governance submissions, and decision papers; support feasibility studies, business plans, design briefs, and procurement/tendering and consultant appointment.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Business, or related field.
•6+ years of experience in real estate development, development management, design management, or project management.
•Experience delivering residential apartment, mixed-use, masterplan, or large-scale real estate development projects.
•Strong knowledge of the residential development lifecycle (feasibility, product definition, design development, procurement, construction coordination, and handover).
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with commercial awareness around budgets, cost plans, and programme drivers.
